Users Say: “I bought this watch for its GPS, altimeter, and barometer features for hiking and mountaineering. I didn’t expect to use the HR monitor, sleep tracking, steps/floors per day, etc. but these features and the smartphone interface of all this data has increased my awareness of my health and general activity and caused me to change my habits to be more active, to train more, and to get better sleep. The watch knows how I’m living and it makes me conscious of it too. I have seen reviews in which some are disappointed with the brightness of the display. The display is partially reflective and partially backlit, unlike an Apple Watch, which is totally backlit. This is not a design flaw. The watch is made for outdoor adventurers and athletes who need to be able to read the watch in all conditions, from darkness to full direct sunlight. The watch comes with the backlight set on 20% but you can set it where you want to. Backlit watches like the Apple Watch look brilliant in an office or living room but are unreadable in full sunlight. The reflective display on this watch actually gets brighter in response to bright sunlight and doesn’t ruin your night vision in the dark. I wouldn’t change a thing about this watch.”

- Comes in either titanium or stainless steel

Even in direct sunlight, the display is easy to read. Designed with high-quality construction, this watch is built like a tank. It’s able to take any of the stresses you put it through. In smartwatch mode, it gives you roughly 14 days of battery life. Some of the other features coming with this watch are highly updated compared to its previous version.
Some of them include an accurate sleep monitor and heart rate tracker. Overall, the Garmin Fenix 6 is easily one of the top smartwatches for men. Be sure to check out the reviews below!
Users Say: “Absolutely outstanding watch. I had an Apple Watch 4 before this that I dropped and broke the screen. This watch was more expensive but the features available for running and golf are awesome. The Apple Watch never did auto shot tracking like the Garmin does while I’m golfing. It’s very apparent when I get to each mile when I run. Apple Watch was good for GPS but it didn’t alert you very well. Battery life for me is about a week and I run 3-4 times for about 30 minutes and walk 5-6 times for about 15 minutes and wear it 24-hours of the day. The Apple Watch had to be charged daily. The exercise screens are customizable but are very helpful out of the box. For instance, the hiking activity shows altitude, ascent, descent, and has a map that shows trails. You can even create your own custom activities. I was hesitant to switch from Apple to Garmin but now that I have, I will never look back. As a nice side note, I like that it looks like a normal watch. It fits much better in the business world.”

Although we’re unsure if this discount is permanent or temporary, we believe this smartwatch is, either way, a fantastic choice for men. You can get it in eight different unique colors. However, some of the color options are priced differently.
Aside from the color, it has excellent build quality with military standard resistants to water, thermal, and shock. It’s easily able to withstand vigorous conditions with ease.
This watch provides an abundance of useful features. Not only does it offer an accurate heart rate monitor, but it has a handy stress tracker, as well. It has a built-in 3-axis compass, GPS, and barometric altimeter. On a full charge, it gives 40 hours of battery life in Ultratrac battery saver mode, up to 14 days in smartwatch mode, and 16 hours in GPS mode. Overall, it’s a great smartwatch for men!
Users Say: “The Garmin Instinct is really great, but maybe not as “fancy” as some might want. First of all, as a reference, I already own the Garmin Fenix 5 plus… meaning I have the “fancier” version of the Instinct. But the ruggedness of the Instinct and the fact that it totally reminds me of the screen on the old Fitbit Surge is why I like it! Think about it… take the Fitbit Surge’s super-readable (always-on) square face… and wrap around rugged bezel around it… throw in Garmin Fenix functionality… and what’s not to like?!? LOL. And if you read in the online reviews that it reminds reviewers of a Casio g-shock watch… they’re right! And that’s the other reason I like it. Drop the Instinct, bang it on a wall, take it in any environment… and still get the Garmin accurate GPS, heart rate, stress and sleep tracking?… excellent!”
